Rates |
- Rentals
are Saturday to Saturday.
- Check
in 3pm / Check out 10am
- A
7 night minimum stay is required from June to September.
- Our
home is non-smoking and a ‘shoes off please’
residence.
- Sorry,
no pets and no BBQ. (association rules)
- 50%
of weekly rate due 30 days in advance and the remaining 50%
due 14 days in advance.
- Until
confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
- $400
security deposit and signed rental agreement is required
to hold reservation.
- Security
deposit will be returned within two weeks after rental
period expires. This covers damage, stolen property, or
the need for excessive cleaning.

Cancellation/Refund
Policy
If we are notified 60 or more days in advance and can
find a replacement tenant, a full refund will be
given. If no
replacement tenants are found, you will be accountable
for paying the full rental fee and no refund will be
given, however, your security deposit will be
returned. |
